- Commercial Rights
✦ Commercial pricing (reproducing, selling for profit) goes for 1.5x - 2x the base commission price depending on project scale. (1.5x if independent, 2x if corporation).
I may negotiate for a royalty rate if product is sold on a large scale, in the long term.
✦ Vtuber models and outfits are not subjects to additional commercial pricing. They are given monetization rights as part of the base commission price.
✦ Selling source .psd/live2d files for profit remains forbidden, with or without commercial rights.

- Disclaimer
✦ By purchasing my services, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
✦ Please read this entirely and carefully. I reserve the right to refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
✦ Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission or a "slot" in my waitlist will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on a blacklist over harassment.
✦ If you have any questions regarding the current terms of service, please contact me for more information.
- General Information
✦ You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
✦ You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
✦ I forbid any use of my work for any Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NFT or Blockchain purposes and alike.
✦ I retain original copyright and ownership of the work given, which includes but may not be limited to advertising and displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios, according to my discretion.
✦ You are responsible for your own ownership and protection of your rights to a character or outfit design made by me. Make sure to reduce resolution, add watermark or your own name when uploading on external sites.
✦ I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Twitter) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
✦ Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties. This can include printing, decoration, avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, personal website/profile displays, or making merchandise as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and you do NOT profit from it.
✦ Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included by default. Commercial use includes usage on streams, broadcasts, merchandise and any monetized work.
✦ Clients agree to provide all required art, references, information and assets
before and during the process of the work.
✦ Clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else's and must credit me on social platforms using my username, even with or without commercial licensing.
✦ Unless previously discussed and agreed upon with the client, I retain the right to livestream the commission live on Twitch and/or Picarto.
✦ If discussed and agreed upon, I may keep a project private and refrain from posting said work (including WIPs) online or divulging any information to the public until a set deadline.
- Payment
✦ Payments are made in USD via Paypal invoicing only. I won't accept gift cards or payments registered under "Friends and Family" goods. If the client resides within the European Union, additional taxes may apply, such as TVA/VAT. Clients residing outside of the European Union will be subjects to no additional costs.
✦ If the commission cost is $1000USD or above, 50% of the full amount must be paid before I start work on said commission. The other 50% shall be paid once the work is deemed completed, BEFORE any use by the client.
✦ If a client is in the waitlist and the commission has not been started, they do not need to pay until the informed commission start date. The client also retains the right to cancel their commission order as long as work hasn't already started regarding said order.
✦ Payments must be made within the next 30 days after an invoice had been received.
- Communication & Changes
✦ Discussions with the client will be held via email or Discord. I recommend contacting me on Discord for more immediate and instant feedback. The client must provide a detailed description of what their commission entails, they may share references and/or brainstorm ideas with me beforehand. Artistic freedom can be agreed upon, in which case most aspects of the commission will be subject to my own artistic vision. Major changes to the commission in this specific case will no longer be accepted.
✦ The responsibility is on you to ensure your description contains the details you want me to follow.
✦ Updates, as well as works in progress, will be given regularly throughout the process, depending on the project's deadline and other commissions/projects I am currently working on.
✦ The client must provide feedback and/or approval at several stages of the commission when requested, before I can continue my progress and complete the order.
✦ Most major changes to the commission, such as pose, lighting, composition, etc... must take place during the sketching phase. Ask me for adjustments, I will try my best to come up with a satisfactory result.
✦ Once a sketch has been approved, changes to the commission (as far as art goes) will be limited and grow more difficult to implement as I progress through it. I will only make changes to the final piece if it was my personal mistake, or if I missed a detail provided early on. Any changes beyond that point will be subject to an additional fee.
- Commercial Use
✦ The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
✦ The commercial fee makes up an additiona 1.5x - 2x the standard total fee of the commission.
✦ I still retain the right to post the commercial work on my own social media accounts and websites for display purposes. In which case, the commission's quality/resolution will be reduced and feature a watermark, crediting the client as the rightful owner of commercial rights for said piece.
